Classes are 45 minutes long and grouped by rank so every student trains alongside peers at their level. Arrive five minutes early to stretch and warm up.

Where Does Your Student Train?

Every class is matched to belt rank. Here's the quick guide.

Beginners

White · Yellow · Orange

The starting line. Foundation stances, basic kicks, and the listening skills that anchor every class. Most new students begin here regardless of age.

Intermediate

Green · Blue · Purple

Forms get sharper, sparring gets real. Students start leading warm-ups and helping newer classmates step into their first stance.

Advanced

Red · Brown · Conditional

Black-belt prep. Higher-rep technique, complex forms, and the leadership expected of senior students.

Studio Rules

What To Expect Before Class

A few simple rules keep every class focused, respectful, and safe. We go over these on day one with every new student.

  • Arrive five minutes before class to stretch and warm up.
  • Do not disturb class while it is in session.
  • Bring a water bottle for every class.
  • Do not climb on the equipment.
  • Keep hands, feet, and uniform clean.
  • Students do not leave the studio unless a parent or guardian accompanies them.
